Steliau Technology has been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing us among the top 35% of companies worldwide.
✔️ Our key CSR strengths
Environment: a structured environmental policy with quantitative objectives on energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, supported by concrete measures such as waste sorting, material reuse, recycling programs, energy and carbon audits, and detailed environmental reporting.
Labor & Human Rights: comprehensive policies covering key labor and human rights topics, with strong focus on employee health and safety, training and career development, prevention of discrimination and harassment, supported by employee representation, satisfaction surveys, training programs and health & safety action plans.
Ethics: robust ethics framework including policies on anti-corruption, fraud prevention, information security and conflicts of interest, with dedicated governance and risk assessments to protect data and ensure responsible business conduct.
Sustainable Procurement: a well-established sustainable procurement policy, including conflict minerals management, supplier codes of conduct, supplier audits, and sustainability requirements embedded within the supply chain.

Based on the scorecard, our priorities for 2025–2026 will be:
- Strengthening internal synergies to enhance our practices and aim for a Silver Medal.
- Expanding our CSR efforts to operations in the UK and Germany.
- Optimizing our environmental and ethical performance, by consolidating existing actions and exploring new sustainable initiatives.
