SECO Trizeps SODIMM SOM integrates NXP i.MX 8M Plus processors (Dual or Quad Arm® Cortex®‑A53 up to 1.8 GHz + Cortex®‑M7 800 MHz) and a 2.3 TOPS NPU for AI at the edge. It offers up to 8 GB LPDDR4-4000, GC7000UL GPU with support for three displays (OpenGL ES 3.1, Vulkan, HEVC/H.265).
It has 2× Gigabit Ethernet, 2× USB 3.0, 2× CAN‑FD, PCIe Gen3, optional WiFi/BT, and compatibility with Linux Yocto, Debian, Android, and Windows 10 IoT.
It operates in the industrial range (-40°C to 85°C), with compact dimensions (67.6 × 36.7 × 6.4 mm). Applications: automation, transportation, smart devices, and digital signage.
