Circuit Protection in Common Computing High Speed Data Interfaces
The PLRT0504LC is an ultra-low capacitance steering diode/thyristor designed for circuit protection in computing applications such as HDMI (1.4-2.0), USB (1.0-3.0), DVI and other high speed data line interfaces. It delivers protection against ESD more than 25 kilovolts to protect up to four data lines.
It is a provided in a molded DFN-10 package with an approximate weight of only seven milligrams and boasts a flammability R=rating of UL 94V-0.
